Only a few places remain for public classes

Hi everybody,
This has been a wonderful Fall Season for me! After so long locked down by the pandemic It has been great to see so many old friends again and to meet brand-new friends! Our classes have been very full throughout the season and that is continuing through the final weeks of the season. Here are the three classes remaining that still have places available.
Thai Classic Favourites: Saturday, Nov. 6: Three places

Everyone loves Thai Spring Rolls and they are a favourite in this class. Other favourites include Phad Thai Noodles, Red Curry and Coconut Soup.
Thai Seafood Festival: Tuesday, Nov. 9: Three places

This delightful class includes: Tiger Prawn Curry, Fish in Spicy Coconut Cream, Asparagus Salad, Hot & Spicy Soup and Red Hot Chicken Wings.
Along the Mekong: Tuesday, Nov. 16: Five places

Leaf-Wrapped Chicken, marinated in sesame oil and other spices in deep-fried in pandan leaves, is the feature dish for this unusual class.
Holiday Season Private Classes

We are already booking private classes for the Holiday Season and several dates have now been taken. If you would like to book a special class for your friends and family, workplace group, professional colleagues, or any special event you might want to celebrate with us — get in touch NOW!
