Just in case you have never taken our most popular class, there are two places remaining for next Saturday’s class, Thai Classic Favourites, on June 11, starting at 2:30 p.m.

 

There is a reason why this is our most popular class. Or, rather, there are several reasons why. These are: Thai Spring Rolls, Phad Thai Noodles, Coconut Soup, Red Curry and Mixed Vegetables with Cashew Nuts.

 

These are all the Thai dishes that everybody loves, so it’s no wonder why this class is so popular. If you have not already taken the class, now is your chance to enjoy all of these dishes. Just give us a call at 250-656-1227, or reply to this message.

We have now added Curry Class Two, Hot & Sour, to our scheduled classes this summer. It will be hosted on Saturday, July 2nd, at 2:30 p.m., one week after Curry Class One, Smoke and Fire, on Saturday, June 25, at 2:30 p.m.

Both of these classes are a wonderful introduction to the creation of authentic Thai curry sauces, made from scratch with Thai herbs and spices.

We lost a great deal of  business during the pandemic, from March 2020 to July 2021 when we were forced to close. We are still trying to make up the loss.
