If you're passionate about Thai cooking, you won't want to miss my authentic curry classes coming up soon. Each of them features the same fresh ingredients that my grandmother used for her very special cooking and that I learned from her many years ago.
Curry Class One, Smoke & Fire: Saturday, June 25 at 2:30 p.m.
Bangkok Noodle Soup
A wonderful meal in itself that millions of Thai people eat every day.
Chilli Garlic Sauce
One of Thailand’s most popular hot sauces, found as a condiment on virtually every table. Commonly used as a spicy flavouring on just about anything.
Red Curry
The most popular of the Thai curries and the chili garlic sauce can be adjusted to make it as hot or mild as you like.
Panang Curry
This is a milder curry sauce than other Thai curries and can be used with beef, chicken, pork or tofu.
Yellow Curry
A creamy smooth, spicy curry that goes best with halibut, cod, other white fish, or chicken.
Sticky Rice with Mangoes helps to cool off the spices at the end of your meal.
We add strawberries if they are in season.
