Drunken Noodles
Soused in chili garlic and oyster sauce, chicken breasts and noodles make a great combination.

 

Yes, they are back again, those rascally Drunken Noodles, and ready for a darn good time! And, believe me, those noodles all love a good time, all over Thailand! They are not called Drunken Noodles for nothing! You’ll be sure to find them late at night on the table, when friends gather for late-night snacks and beer. And the fun just wouldn’t be the same without them.

 

But seriously, this class is one of my most popular favourites and only comes around every so often. It’s not just the Drunken Noodles, by the way, that are the star attraction! Just about every dish on the menu is a star. Besides the famous noodles, there are: Thai Prawn Cakes, Beef and Basil Stir Fry, Chicken with Rice and Dipping Sauce, and Hot and Spicy Vegetables.

 

For dessert, I’m serving my famous Deep Fried Bananas with Ice Cream, a favourite with just about everybody. The party starts at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday, July 9. There are still a few places available so please call ASAP if you want to join the fun!

 

Beef and Basil Stir-Fry
