Hi everybody,
Come along with me on Tuesday, May 3, at 6:30 p.m. for a wonderful trip down the mighty Mekong river to sample some of the famous treats you will find on your journey. There are lots of delicious flavours to enjoy!
Mekong Salad Rolls
These unusual rolls are packed with shrimp, fresh mint and pork and come with a special dipping sauce.
Thai Chicken Noodle Soup
A gentle, lightly-seasoned soup made for simple enjoyment and pleasure.
Barbecued Pork
Pork marinated in sweet evaporated milk, soy sauce, and oyster sauce and gently simmered over a BBQ, served with a spicy dipping sauce.
Leaf-Wrapped Chicken
Chicken marinated in sesame oil and other spices is deep-fried in pandan leaves.
