Private Thai Cooking Lessons: Anytime we’re available
Last year, I created a unique combination of dishes for a private class customer. These dishes included all of the dishes shown below and were a delicious alternative to those I offer in my public classes. I offered these as a Premium Class, at a sightly higher price than our regular class, that is $70, plus GST. If you'd like to organize your own private class,

Thai Classic Favourites: June 11, 2:30 p.m. $65.00 plus GST
THAI CLASSIC FAVOURITES, is our most popular class including all the Thai dishes that everyone just loves! Pictured above are my famous Thai Spring Rolls. Hot and crunchy, these delectable Asian appetizers are a great opener for any meal! Also on the menu are: Thai Coconut Soup, Vegetable Stir Fry with Cashews and Chili, Red
Curry Chicken, Sweet Basil and Coconut Milk.
Curry Class One: June 25, 2:30 p.m. $65 plus GST
CURRY CLASS ONE: Smoke & Fire. You’ll learn how to make Bangkok Noodle Soup, Panang Curry, Yellow Curry, Chilli Garlic Sauce, Red Curry, Mango and Sticky Rice.
Curry Class Two: July 3, 2:30 p.m. $65 plus GST
CURRY CLASS TWO: Hot & Sour. You'll learn how to make Garlic Pork, Green Curry Chicken, Massaman Curry Paste, Hot & Sour Tom Yum Paste,Tom Yum Chilli Paste, Tom Yum Prawn Soup, Green Curry Chicken. Topping off for dessert is my famous Deep Fried Bananas with Ice Cream.
Drunken Noodle Party: July 9, 2:30 p.m. $65 plus GST
You'll learn how to make Thai Prawn Cakes, Beef and Basil Stir-Fry, Drunken Noodles, Chicken with Rice and Dipping, Sauce, Hot & Spicy Vegetables.
Spicy Ribs & Satay: July 23, 2:30 p.m. plus GST
You'll learn how to make Tom Yum Kung, Fried Rice with Tiger Prawns, Green Beans with Sesame Oil and Garlic, Chicken Satay, Thai Style Sweet and Sour Pork Ribs.
Thai Seafood Festival: August 13, 2:30 p.m. $65 plus GST
You'll learn how to make Tiger Prawn Curry with Pineapple, Hot & Spicy Soup with Mussels, Red Snapper, and Tiger prawns, Red Snapper in Spicy Coconut Cream, Asparagus Salad with Coconut Salad Dressing, and Thai Red Hot Chicken Wings, as shown above.
Floating Market Flavours: August 27, 2:30 p.m. $65 plus GST
You'll learn how to make Thai Chicken Salad, Three Friends in a Pan, Daikon Fritters with Bacon Appetizers, Fish with Tamarind Sauce, Thai Sour Seafood Soup.
