Drunken Noodles back next Tuesday

Those pesky Drunken Noodles are back and, as usual, they are looking for fun people to join them in partying, next Tuesday, September 27, at 6:30 p.m.

These noodles are among Thailand's most popular dishes and can be found virtually everywhere throughout the country. Everyone has their favourite recipes, with variations on the basic theme.

Why are they called "Drunken Noodles?" That's what everyone asks me. All I can say is that these noodles are great for late-night gatherings with good friends and lots of beer or wine. Not a surprise, given their name!
