Thai Spicy Southern Delicacies on Next Tuesday

This class offers a wonderful variety of textures and flavours! It's one of the reasons why this class is such a popular choice.

For Westerners, the most popular item on the menu may well be the Beef Salad with Grapes, made with first-class beef, cooked to a turn on a barbecue. Others, though, love our Chicken Massaman Curry, a special treat for those who love their curries hot. And even hotter, if you sprinkle with my Thai Chilli Garlic Sauce.

Of all the items on the menu, the most fun to make is, without a doubt, the Thai Won Tons. They are NOT easy to make but they are fun because everyone faces the same challenge — and everyone is fun to watch as they struggle with fingers and won ton pastry.
