Please join us next Tuesday, November 1, at 6:30 p.m. for our “Thai Seafood Festival" class. The range of seafood is amazing! Mussels, Squid, Prawns, Red Snapper, and lots, lots more will all join the Festival Fun in a variety of delicious dishes. And, on top of all that.....

Thai Red Hot Chicken Wings. Yes, they are back.

Finally, we shall also feature the most popular dessert of all time — well, at least our time teaching Thai cooking in North Saanich! And I hope the promise of that dessert will keep you going to the end of this newsletter!
