Fall Schedule Starts October 1st!

Hi Everybody,

Yes, it's true, we have finally finished our Fall Schedule for 2023. For a variety of reasons, it took a little longer than usual, but we've been very busy recently with many classes and a wonderful Flavour Trails weekend with many visitors! 

It is also a little tricky putting these schedules together because we want to include both our popular older classes and some of our newer classes. For example, Thai Classic Favourites has been our all-time most popular class, so we try to provide at least two places for it in our schedule. This time, we are hosting the class at the very beginning of the schedule and the end. Anyway, here's our full lineup for the Fall!

Sunday, October 29: Spicy Ribs & Satay

Saturday, November 4: Curry Class Two

Sunday, November 5: Thai Classic Favourites

If you would like to attend one of these classes, I strongly recommend that you book ASAP. Our classes are growing more popular every year and fill up quickly.

You probably notice that our Fall Schedule is shorter than usual. That's because we are hoping to visit Thailand again this year, after an absence of nearly five years. I look forward to seeing my family and friends again and learning many new recipes as I travel around the country. 

We had hoped to announce the winner earlier, but we've had a lot of paperwork to catch up on for the past couple of weeks and we just couldn't complete all the data entry for this week's newsletter.
