We had an unforgettable experience during our recent vacation in Thailand earlier this year! Our journey led us to the enchanting cities of Chiang Mai and Chiang Rai in Northern Thailand, celebrated for their mouthwatering Thai Street Food Delicacies.
We wanted to go right to the heart of Thai Street Food by learning how to make these
delicacies from the people themselves. So, we introduced ourselves to many little store and restaurant owners — and to other people who sold from carts on the street. All were kind and respectful of our curiosity. All became friends.
