Once again, the Drunken Noodles have sent out an invitation to all of you daring enough to join them next week. They claim they can guarantee you a good time!

Well, if you're up to the challenge, please join us next Sunday, August 4 at 2:30 p.m. for one of our Drunken Noodle extravaganzas! I like to joke around with the Noodles but they usually make good on their promises! A good time is therefore highly likely!

And you have to admit....Noodles soused in chili garlic and oyster sauce, topped up with sliced chicken breasts make a great combination — and that's what makes the Drunken Noodles great again and again and again!

These delightful golden prawns are an appetizer you'll love, especially with the secret dipping sauce!

What a delicious treat these prawn cakes are, deep fried in a tasty batter and served with sweet vinegar dipping sauce. Watch out that you don't snack too much at the beginning of the class and lose your appetite for the rest of the delights to come!

In Thailand, this dish is called "Cao Mun Gai," which means just the same as it does in English, "Chicken with Rice"! Anyway, it is by far the most popular dish in Thailand and has  millions of variations cooked up by millions of people everywhere in the country every day. The real secret to what makes this dish great is, of course, the secret sauce. 

This dish is one of my husband's favourites — and, for once, I can't blame him! How can anyone argue with Beef Tenderloin stir-fried in oyster sauce with bamboo shoots and  the rich taste of Thai Basil spiced with chillies.What's not to like? 

Spicy red chillies and garlic make these vegetables a flavourful accompaniment to main dishes. And they look like they're having as much fun as the Drunken Noodles!
