Seats Going Fast for Fall Classes

Many classes are now fully booked — don't miss your chance to grab a spot in a class with seats still available

Hi Everybody,

We only opened for our Fall Season at the beginning of September but already many classes have filled up and only a few spots remain in eight other classes. Below, you can see an update, with the number of spots still open.

The long story short is that if you want to take one one of our classes, you should book soon to guarantee your place at the table.

In other news, we are approaching the Holiday Season, during which we shall be hosting ONLY private classes for businesses, organizations, friends and families. Already, we have booked three classes for this period and are expecting even more demand as we get closer to Christmas.

Again, if you want a private class for your group, please let us know ASAP.

Private Class bookings for Fall and Holiday Season

I always enjoy hosting my students, whether public or private. 

At present, we continue to book private classes for the Fall Season. As we continue to book public classes on weekends, both Saturdays and Sundays, we only host private classes during weekdays, with Friday being the most popular.

This will change when our Public Class season comes to an end on November 10. After that, we shall be booking private classes on every day throughout November and ending on December 15. We have already booked three private classes for this period.

We shall try to provide you with full details about each of our Fall public classes on a weekly basis, so long as there are seats available. Watch for our Friday newsletter this week, with all the delicious details about "Along the Mekong," which is scheduled for Saturday, October 12, at 2:30 p.m.
