I hope you are enjoying the wonderful sunshine!
It’s almost as hot as Thailand in the summer! Just kidding. It is nowhere near how hot Thailand gets in the summertime.
Anyway, I love
summer here, especially working in my garden in the cooler mornings and evenings. I am now growing blueberries, raspberries, garlic, cilantro and many other vegetables and fruits that I hope you will enjoy! I really do believe home-grown plants are the best and try to make sure there will be lots for my students!
Our summer public class season is a little shorter than my Spring and Fall seasons. And that is mainly because of my gardens, which require a lot of time and
care.
In any case, the season will start on Saturday, July 5 with “Thai Classic Favourites” and will last until Sunday, August 17, with “Smoke & Fire, Curry Class One.” There’s lots to enjoy and I hope you will join me for your seat at the table! Five classes are now completely booked but there are several classes with spots available.
