Well, there are no more places left in my fall public season - except two — Thai Classic favourites — which is on for tomorrow at 2:30 p.m. We had last-minute cancellations and two people had to drop out which, of course, was good luck for you.

Well, fortunately, the people who had to cancel asked to be transferred to our Saturday, March 14, 2026 Thai Classic Favourites class. So, their luck turned good again!

That leaves two spaces open for YOU and a companion, if you haven’t had the pleasure of this class, which happens to be the all-time, most popular class that we offer. But if you would like to join the class, please let us know ASAP as we shall follow our usual policy of “First Come, First Served.”  Call us at 250-656-1227, or simply respond to this email.

If you CAN'T wait for Spring, book your Private Class NOW!

Private classes are a great way for old friends to enjoy themselves together, just like the old days!

After December 20, we shall be leaving shortly for a two-month trip to Thailand. There, I hope to complete my research into Pattaya Street Food, which I will host this summer.

If you have a craving for one of my classes after November 16, you will not be able to book a public class — at least for this Fall. But don’t despair! We shall be open for hosting private classes every day until December 20, so long as there is no conflict with another person hosting a private class.

That means that you will be able to book a class any day of the week, at any time you choose, starting from 9:30 a.m. until 6:30 p.m., provided that your chosen date does not clash with another client who has already booked the date.  

If you CAN wait for Spring, book your Spot NOW!

When I say that my classes are fully booked very quickly, I wasn't kidding!

Already the March 14th 2026 Thai Classic Favourites class is nearly full, with 10 people booked.  The last two people who  booked a few days ago were transferred from their class on November 8th because of something in their lives that popped up. The next class, on March 15th, 2026, Drunken Noodle Party is already booked with eight people. 

I guess my point is that if you really want to enjoy a class, you will need to book very early for next year.
