Hi Everybody,
I am so excited! In only about two weeks, my husband, Ry and I will be leaving for Thailand, where we will be vacationing for two months, returning in late February.
We hope to find more delicious Thai recipes that we can bring to our classes — and to have LOTS of fun with family and dear friends while we are there.
In the few days remaining, we look
forward to serving all of you in booking classes and purchasing our customized gift certificates. First, though, we need to present to you our latest Thai vegetarian class, which we hope you will love!
One of the highlights of this class is our Crispy Sticky Tofu. For this one, I have pulled out all of the stops, as English-speaking people say. It is a fabulous mixture of black bean sauce, Red Vinegar,
Garlic, and my own Thai Chilli Garlic Sauce. Definitely not to be missed.
