Yes, it’s true…
After a fantastic Fall Season of classes meeting old friends and making new ones, we are off to recharge our batteries.
Thailand, here we come!
We’re off for the maximum amount of FUN that we can have. And we are on a “Search and Taste” trip to “Find” the very best Thai
recipes this great country has to offer. Specifically, we are determined to find the best recipes in the tourist destination of Pattaya, down the coast from Bangkok.
Based on our research there, we will be hosting our new “Pattaya Street Food” class next summer, but have not yet set a date.
We would like to stay in touch with all of you while we are away. So, there are two ways we will be doing that:
1. We hope to continue
publishing the odd newsletter from time to time.
2. We have published a Google Photo Album online: We intend to use this as a gallery for our best photos and videos in Thailand. We have placed two older photos in the album for starters, and as a placeholder for the album.
