Three spots open for Royal Crimson Feast this Sunday, but almost all Fall classes are full

The Royal Crimson Feast is fast becoming one of our most popular classes.

Hi Everybody,

My husband, Ry, and I are completely amazed by how quickly almost all of our classes filled up this month.   There are hardly any classes with spaces still available, except for the Royal Crimson Feast on this Sunday, October 26.

So, thank you, everybody, who booked and we remind everyone else that class bookings are really picking up speed this year. We expect that the Spring classes will also bill quickly.

The Royal Crimson Feast is a wonderful class, by the way. It is growing more popular every year. So, if you have time free this Sunday, from 2:30 p.m. until 5:00, or so, I don’t think you will find anything more fun to do on a quiet Sunday Fall day in North Saanich.

Hot & Spicy Veggie Class: Sunday, November 9

Everybody loves loves these tasty vegetarian gyozas — and they are lots of fun to make!

This is the only class this Fall that has any places left, after the Royal Crimson Feast. So, elven if you are NOT a vegetarian, you might enjoy attending this class and enjoying all the different flavours and textures that vegetarians take for granted!

New Spring Dessert Class Now Fully Booked

Golden Sesame Balls: Sunday, April 12, 2026

These tasty little morsels on just a few of the items on the menu next spring!

These golden balls are just delicious as they look! This is a brand-new item in Kallayanee's Kitchen and will join other Thai desserts on the the menu this spring. I'm planning lots more special treats and will be watlching out for great desserts in Thailand when we visit again next year.
