Since I began hosting this class, Thai Salad Rolls have proven to be the most popular dish on the menu. And it's no surprise, with vegetables, prawns, rice noodles and chicken breast rolled in rice paper and dipped in peanut sauce!
They are delicious, healthy appetizers that are easy to make and prepare ahead of time.
Best of all, you can enjoy these morsels with your guests, instead of having to lose yourself in the kitchen while everyone else is having fun!
