Crab Curry and Corn Fritters Feast
Hi everybody,

Otherwise, if you love curry but can't make Saturday, you won't want to miss Lesson Five, Thai Crab Curry and Corn Fritters Feast, on Tuesday, October 13, starting at 6:30 p.m. The class features a  variety of classic Thai dishes that deliciously complement the main features.
Thai Corn Fritters
Deep fried in a tasty batter and served with sweet vinegar sauce — crunchy and delightful!

Crab Curry
Fresh from the sea, crab is steamed and served with creamy coconut curry sauce.

Pineapple Fried Rice
Served on a half pineapple, a delicious mixture of rice, chicken and cashew nuts.

Egg Plants with Peppers and Snow Peas
Stir-fried with black bean sauce and spiced with chili garlic sauce. A Thai delight!

Spicy Ground Pork with Herbs
Larb Moo, as the Thai call it, is a delightful accompaniment to chilled beer or wine on a hot night.
