Drunken Noodles are a great way to celebrate a late-night occasion.
Bangkok Late Night Party Celebration
A few years ago, my husband and I went on vacation to Thailand and, as usual, our plane arrived very late at night. In fact, it was early morning Thailand time.

Our friends had come to pick us up at the airport and we all decided it would be wonderful to celebrate our arrival by enjoying a late-night dinner together at one of the local restaurants. From the outside, the restaurant didn't look like anything spectacular but in Thailand you learn never to judge a restaurant by its appearance.

Our friends assured us that it was a wonderful restaurant, so we took their word. And they were so right! I have included all of the items we enjoyed that night in my Lesson Seven menu, "Bangkok Late Night Party Celebration."

At this class, to be held next week on Tuesday, October 27 at 6:30 p.m., you'll get a real "taste" of what it means to have fun in Thailand! And you’ll learn how to prepare the menu below:

Thai Prawn Cakes
A delicious treat, deep fried in a tasty batter and served with sweet vinegar sauce.

Beef and Basil Stir-Fry
Beef tenderloin stir-fried in oyster sauce with the rich taste of Thai Basil, spiced with chillies.

Drunken Noodles
Soused in chili garlic and oyster sauce, chicken breasts and noodles make a great combination.

Chicken with Rice and Dipping Sauce
One of Thailand’s favourite traditional dishes, it’s the sauce that makes the difference!

Hot & Spicy Vegetables
Spicy red chillies and garlic make these vegetables a flavourful accompaniment to main dishes.
