KALLAYANEE'S KITCHEN: BC Halibut on the Menu

Published: Fri, 02/26/16

Thailand's Favourite Soup Made with fresh BC Halibut!
One of my favourite students, Liz Cullinane, is also a great friend — especially since she keeps me stocked up on fresh, local halibut.

Liz has a fisherman friend, Rob Horne, who regularly brings in a catch of halibut and I'm lucky enough to be on the distribution list. Rob's ship came in Wednesday and that means your ship came in too — fresh halibut will be on the menu next Tuesday.

My best advice to you — don't miss it! There’s still time to book your place for Lesson Three, “Spicy Seafood and Green Curry Medley,” on Tuesday, March 1, starting at 6:30 p.m.
