KALLAYANEE'S KITCHEN: Next Tuesday class celebrates Samui Island

Samui Island Festival on for Tuesday night
Hi everybody,

There are still places available for Lesson Four, "Samui Island Festival," on Tuesday, March 8, starting at 6:30 p.m.

This is one of my favourite menus, named in honour of the beautiful island of Samui, where we have spent some of our most wonderful holidays. I created a delicious soup, Samui Seafood, named after the island, and it's on Tuesday's menu.

As well, I adapted a Thai seafood recipe for British Columbia. And, for Tuesday's class, I'll be using delicious, fresh Halibut instead of native Thai fish!
Samui Island Seafood Soup highlights Lesson Four menu on Tuesday, March 8.
