Hi everybody,

I'm afraid my Lesson Two class, "Sweet and Sour Spareribs and Chicken Satay Banquet," next Tuesday is now SOLD OUT.

However, there are still a few places available for my Lesson Two Vegetarian Class, “Mock Meat Medley,” next Thursday, February 25, at 6:30 p.m.

At this authentic Thai cooking class, you’ll learn how to prepare a delicious combination of vegetarian dishes, with my delicious vegetarian gyozas highlighting the menu.

Vegetarian Gyoza
Spicy hot appetizers flavoured with chili and packed with Shitake mushrooms.

Vegetarian Tom Yum Soup
Oyster mushrooms replace fish in this version of the Thai soup, spiced with lemongrass and galangal.

Mixed Stir-Fry Vegetables with Noodles
Vermicelli noodles, tomatoes and Shitake mushrooms are sautéed in tasty Thai spices.

Vegetarian Salad Rolls
Tofu, rice noodles, carrots, cilantro, and bean sprouts, are served with a delicious peanut sauce.

Spicy Vegetarian Mock Beef
Simmered in a flavourful mix of coconut milk and red curry paste, garnished with lime leaves.

Green Curry with Mock Pork
A vegetarian variation of the very popular Thai green curry, with eggplant and Thai sweet basil.

Cost is only $55 per student, plus GST.
