Drunken Noodles highlight Tuesday class, March 29
Hi everybody,

Some of the most wonderful dinners we have enjoyed with friends in Thailand happen late at night, in the cool of the evening, when the young children have gone to bed.

It's a time when everyone can really relax, share the news of the day, and enjoy a table full of delicious dishes we all can share.

One of those dishes, which frequently appears on the menu, is Drunken Noodles, the perfect accompaniment to a glass of chilled Thai beer! So, we've included that dish and some other popular favourites, in a class we've dedicated to those late nights: "Bangkok Late Night Party Celebration."
There's nothing quite so tempting as a plate heaped high with Drunken Noodles!
At this class, you'll get a real "taste" of what it means to have fun in Thailand! And you’ll learn how to prepare the menu below:

Thai Prawn Cakes
A delicious treat, deep fried in a tasty batter and served with sweet vinegar sauce.

Beef and Basil Stir-Fry
Beef tenderloin stir-fried in oyster sauce with the rich taste of Thai Basil, spiced with chillies.

Drunken Noodles
Soused in chili garlic and oyster sauce, chicken breasts and noodles make a great combination.

Chicken with Rice and Dipping Sauce
One of Thailand’s favourite traditional dishes, it’s the sauce that makes the difference!

Hot & Spicy Vegetables
Spicy red chilies and garlic make these vegetables a flavourful accompaniment to main dishes.

You can check out all of the items on the menu by clicking here.

As always, cost is only $55 per student, plus GST. The class starts at 6:30 p.m.

This class is usually filled within a couple of days after we post our notice, so book now to avoid disappointment! You may book by contacting us directly, by responding to this email, or by phoning: 250-656-1227.
