KALLAYANEE'S KITCHEN: CRAB CURRY AND CORN FRITTERS FEAST

Published: Sat, 03/12/16

Corn Fritters and Crab Curry Feast
I love corn, especially fresh off the cob at the end of summer.

So does my husband, Ry, but he has the bad habit of slavering it with hot, melted butter and salt. Not good for him! I eat it the Thai way, with just a little dash of salt.

But if you can't get fresh corn, the next best munchies are my Thai Corn Fritters. Hot and crunchy, seasoned with cilantro and red curry and then dipped in a sweet vinegar sauce, they are a wonderful appetizer any time of the year!

And they go especially well with Crab Curry and all the other delicious dishes on the menu at my class next Tuesday, March 15, at 6:30 p.m.
