Well, we're approaching the end of another Spring Season of Kallayanee's Kitchen again.
I've had a wonderful time meeting so many new people and connecting again with old friends and customers! Thanks to everyone for making this such a great
experience.
But there's a couple of classes to go yet — so there's still more fun to come!
One Tuesday, April 19, starting at 6:30 p.m., I'll be hosting one of my favourite classes: Lesson Ten, “Layong Lamb Curry and Leaf-Wrapped Chicken.”
This is a very special menu, featuring chicken prepared the old-fashioned Thai way, cooked in a pandan leaf wrap. You'll find variations of this recipe in
Bangkok's fancy Oriental Hotel.
Also on the menu is Thai Lamb Curry, made with only the best local lamb and seasoned with delicious herbs and spices.
