Crab Curry and Corn Fritters Feast
Imagine a fresh pineapple, sliced in half and stuffed chock full of Jumbo Prawns, toasted coconut flakes, cashew nuts and rice....

Add crab meat, cooked with creamy coconut curry sauce.

And that’s just half the class! I haven't even mentioned the Corn Fritters! There’s lots more delicious dishes to come on Thursday,October 13, at 6:30 p.m., when I host Lesson 5, “Crab Curry and Corn Fritters Feast.”

Crab Curry
Crab meat with creamy coconut curry sauce garnished with Kaffir Lime Leaves.

Pineapple Fried Rice
Served on a half pineapple, a delicious mixture of rice and Tiger Prawns, topped with cashew nuts and roasted coconut flakes.

Egg Plants with Peppers and Snow Peas
Stir-fried with black bean sauce and spiced with chili garlic sauce. A Thai delight!

Spicy Ground Pork with Herbs
Larb Moo, as the Thai call it, is a delightful accompaniment to chilled beer or wine on a hot night.

Thai Corn Fritters
Deep fried in a tasty batter and served with sweet vinegar sauce — crunchy and delightful!
