Flavours of the Floating Market
Hi everybody,

Seafood lovers will not want to miss my next class, Flavours of the Floating Market, scheduled for next Tuesday, November 22, at 6:30 p.m.

The class is named after the famous Floating Market, not far from Bangkok, located on a canal near the  great Chao Phrya river.

Here, local farmers and fishermen sell their produce straight from boats to eager customers seeking fresh seafood, coconuts,  vegetables and fruit. People can also enjoy delicious snacks and meals prepared with all of the fresh ingredients.
Daikon appetizers with bacon are a delicious start to this unique dining adventure.
HERE'S WHAT'S ON THE MENU

Daikon Fritters with Bacon Appetizers
A tasty appetizer dish featuring a bacon filler, red curry and daikon radishes.

Thai Sour Seafood Soup
A tangy sour seafood soup, with cauliflower, highlighted by flavours of lemon, lime and pineapple.

Thai Chicken Salad
A refreshing Thai salad with barbecued chicken, tomatoes, cucumbers, cilantro and a spicy salad dressing

Three Friends in a Pan
A traditional Thai seafood dish featuring the combined flavours of “three friends:” prawns, mussels and squid.

Fish with Tamarind Sauce
Kaffir leaves, fresh chillies and tamarind juice make the difference in this delicious seafood dish, which can be made with halibut, cod, or Red Snapper.

As always, cost is only $55 per student, plus GST.
