KALLAYANEE'S KITCHEN: Bangkok Late Night Party Food

Published: Fri, 10/21/16

Bangkok Late Night Party Celebration
There are all sorts of Thai dishes that I love.

But Lesson Seven is very special because it includes the kinds of dishes that Thai people love to eat when they’re having fun late at night with friends and family. That’s why I called it “Bangkok Late Night Party Celebration.”

Drunken Noodles, a spicy noodle dish, goes wonderfully with chilled beer, as the name suggests. And for snacking before dinner, nothing beats Thai Prawn Cakes.

At this class, to be held next week on Tuesday, October 25 at 6:30 p.m., you'll get a real "taste" of what it means to have fun in Thailand! And you’ll learn how to prepare the menu below. Afterwards, you’ll be well prepared to host your own very special late-night party for friends and family.
Beef and Basil Stir-Fry is one of my most popular dishes. Click on photo to see all items.
Thai Prawn Cakes
A delicious treat, deep fried in a tasty batter and served with sweet vinegar sauce.

Beef and Basil Stir-Fry
Beef tenderloin stir-fried in oyster sauce with the rich taste of Thai Basil, spiced with chillies.

Drunken Noodles
Soused in chili garlic and oyster sauce, chicken breasts and noodles make a great combination.

Chicken with Rice and Dipping Sauce
One of Thailand’s favourite traditional dishes, it’s the sauce that makes the difference!

Hot & Spicy Vegetables
Spicy red chillies and garlic make these vegetables a flavourful accompaniment to main dishes.
