Tangy and spicy, these ribs are like none you've ever tasted before!
Sweet and Sour Spareribs and Chicken Satay Banquet
Hi everybody,

Just thought I’d let you know that I still have a few places available for Lesson Two next Tuesday, February 21 at 6:30 p.m.

For most people the highlight of this class is the Thai Sweet and Sour Spareribs. They are much more tangy than the regular sweet and sour spareribs you find in Canada — and they’re also a lot spicier. Watch out for the heat! But you can adjust the heat yourself, by adding hot chili sauce up to your comfort level.

Chicken Satay is another class favourite, barbecued on an outdoor grill to tender perfection.

And don't get me started on the delicious Thai Prawn Soup, Tom Yum Kung, also on the menu! Anyway, you can check out some more photos of the class by clicking here.

Here’s the full menu:

Green Beans with Sesame Oil and Garlic
Spiced with Thai chili sauce, these beans pop off the plate with mouth-watering flavour.

Chicken Satay
Barbecued to a golden brown and served with Peanut Sauce, these are a sure party favourite.

Thai Style Sweet and Sour Pork Ribs
Tender pork ribs cooked to a turn with ginger and garlic sauce and special Thai spices.

Tom Yum Kung
A delicious hot and sour prawn soup simmered in lemon grass, lemon and lime juice.

Fried Rice with Shrimp
A favourite item with just about any meal, this fried rice dish goes great with seafood soup.

As always, classes are held in our beautiful rural home in North Saanich. Cost is only $55 per student, plus GST.

Classes tend to fill up early, so book now to avoid disappointment by calling us at 250-656-1227 or directly online through the Panorama Recreation Centre.

Hope to see you soon.

Sincerely,

Kallayanee
