KALLAYANEE'S KITCHEN: Don't miss crunchy Thai Corn Fritters next Tuesday!

Crab Curry and Corn Fritters Feast
Corn is a wonderful vegetable! And there are so many different ways of enjoying it besides the North American habit of slavering it with butter and salt.

Better to eat corn the Thai way, fritters deep-fried in Canola vegetable oil with a tasty batter of Thai spices, served with a very special Thai dipping sauce.

You'll love these delicious corn fritters, I promise! And they go especially well with Crab Curry and all the other wonderful dishes on the menu at my class next Tuesday.
Pineapple Fried Rice makes a great accompaniment to the feature dishes on the menu.
