Hi everybody,
There are only three seats remaining for my Curry Class Two, “Hot and Sour,” Saturday, March 18, starting at 2:30 p.m. The curry classes are fast becoming as popular as my Lesson One, Thai Classic Favourites!
So, if you love curry
you won't want to miss this class!
Not only will you learn to make some of Thailand's most popular curry dishes, you'll also learn how to make them from scratch, using home-made, authentic Thai curry pastes and spices.
Here's what's on the menu:
Garlic Pork
A dish to test spicy and hot fanatics. If you can’t handle the heat, you might want to stay out of
the kitchen!
Garlic Chicken
A delicious dish that uses many of the same spices as Garlic Pork but is much less spicy.
Massaman Curried Chicken Thighs
Made with Massaman Curry paste from the south of Thailand. But watch out! They like it hot in the south!
Tom Yum
Kung Soup
Thailand's famous spicy prawn soup, made with Tom Yum Chilli Paste and Hot & Sour Tom Yum Paste.
Green Curry Prawns
This curry tends to be more spicy than other Thai curries. The key ingredient is green bird's-eye chilli.
Deep-Fried Bananas and Ice Cream
After the curries, it's time to chill out
with my famous dessert, which many of my students say is the best version of this popular favourite they've ever tasted! But you can judge for yourself — and make it later for your friends to share.
Remember, all students get to enjoy the food after class! So, make sure to eat a SMALL lunch.
Places tend to go soon for this popular class so, if you’d like to come, please call me at
250-656-1227, and book your place
today at my home in North Saanich for Saturday afternoon!
Please note, reservations for this class are only available through myself, NOT the North Saanich Panorama Recreation Centre, which sponsors most of my other classes.
I hope to see you soon!
Sincerely,
Kallayanee
