Spicy Seafood and Green Curry Medley
When I think of some of our most memorable vacations in Thailand, I recall little restaurants near the ocean where we would sit to enjoy the sunset and a memorable seafood feast.

Thailand has just about everything for the seafood lover — prawns, lobsters, squid, octopus, shrimps, whitefish, and shellfish. And everything is  fresh, cooked over an open charcoal brazier, stir-fried, or boiled in vast pots of steaming, salted water.

It’s a wonderful way to sample the best Thailand has to offer and to enjoy conversations with Thai friends and people from all over the world. A glass of chilled Thai beer is a great accompaniment to the food and the conversation.

Next week is a fabulous opportunity for Kallayanee’s Kitchen fans to enjoy some of the ocean treats that we have enjoyed so much on Thailand’s beaches.

You will enjoy heaps of Garlic Prawns and Tom Yum Talay, Thailand’s spicy seafood soup. But there’s lots more on the menu! Here’s what’s on offer next Tuesday, September 26, at 6:30 p.m

Thailand’s famous spicy seafood soup is packed with shrimp, crab and white fish.
Garlic Prawns
These flavourful prawns make a great dish, stir-fried in garlic and special Thai spices
