Who says Vegetarians aren't HOT!
Hi everybody,

This Wednesday, Kallayanee’s Kitchen set a new record!

We absolutely PACKED our first vegetarian class of the Fall Season, Vegetarian Lesson One, Spicy Money Bags Potpourri. It is the first time EVER that we have hosted a capacity crowd for a vegetarian class!

We can’t hope to better this record at our next vegetarian class, on Wednesday, September 20, but we can hope to equal it. So, all you vegetarians, gather your friends and family and make a date for Wednesday’s Hot and Spicy Veggie Delights at 6:30 p.m.

Here’s what’s on the menu:
Sweet Potato Curry
A vegetarian variation of the very popular Thai green curry, with eggplant and Thai sweet basil.
Vegetarian Gyoza
Spicy hot appetizers flavoured with chili and packed with Shitake mushrooms.
Mixed Stir-Fry Vegetables with Noodles
Vermicelli noodles, tomatoes and Shitake mushrooms are sauteéd in tasty Thai spices.
Vegetarian Tom Yum Soup
Oyster mushrooms replace fish in this version of the Thai soup, spiced with lemongrass and galangal.
Vegetarian Salad Rolls
Rice noodles, carrots, cilantro, and bean sprouts are served with a delicious peanut sauce.
Our classes are usually filled within a couple of days after we post our notice, so book now to avoid disappointment! You may book by contacting us directly, by responding to this email, or by phoning: 250-656-1227.

Or you may register online through the Panorama Recreation Centre, by clicking on the link.

When you have reached this page, just select Cooking-Adult and you’ll find us.

If you think someone else might appreciate learning about our classes, please forward this along.

By the way, for those of you who had pinned your hopes on attending my Lesson Two class, "Sweet and Sour Spareribs and Chicken Satay Banquet," I'm afraid next Tuesday's class is now SOLD OUT. We won't be offering it again until 2018, so please watch our schedule next year if you'd like to sample some of my famous Sweet and Sour Thai Spareribs.

I hope to see you next Wednesday!

Sincerely,
Kallayanee
