At Kallayanee’s Kitchen we’re getting ready for a particularly SPOOKY class on Tuesday, October 31, which happens to be Halloween!
To celebrate that very special day of the year, I will be offering a
FREE APRON to the customer who dresses up in the best costume for the class.
Best costumes from one of our Halloween classes in the past! Usually, you have to attend at least five classes before you are entitled to your apron. Now’s your chance to “Beat the System,” no matter how many classes you’ve taken. And even if you’ve already won your apron, you can always give your prize to a good friend or family member.
But not only will you have a chance for a free apron, Tuesday’s class features Lesson Eight, “Tastes from the South of Thailand,” a delicious
sampling of flavours from the “Spicy South.” This is a lesson you won’t want to miss!
Here’s what’s on the Menu: Thai Won Ton
Tasty snacking is guaranteed with this spicy combination of pork and a ginger dipping sauce.
Beef Salad with Grapes
Combined with lemongrass, lime leaves, mint, and chillies, this is a delicious combination of flavours.
Chicken Massaman
Chicken thighs simmered in coconut milk and special Massaman curry make this dish irresistible.
Eggplant Salad
Red onions, lemon juice and pork beautifully complement the eggplants in this delightful dish.
Thai Traditional Rice Soup
Oyster mushrooms and cilantro are the secret ingredients in this delicious Thai comfort food. Our classes are usually filled within a couple of days after we post our notice, so book now to avoid disappointment!
