Hot and Spicy Authentic Curries on Saturday
Hi everybody,

Some last-minute cancellations have opened up places for my Curry Class One, “Smoke and Fire,” this Saturday, October 7, at 2:30 p.m.

This is a very special class, featuring only authentic methods for the preparation of Thai Curry dishes and the spices that make them taste so wonderful — and so hot!

If you’d like to join the class, please contact me ASAP!

Here’s what’s on the menu:
Yellow Curry
A creamy smooth, spicy curry that goes best with halibut, cod, other white fish, or chicken. For this class, I shall be using local halibut.
Bangkok Noodle Soup
This noodle soup is a wonderful meal in itself that millions of Thai people eat every day.
Chilli Garlic Sauce
One of Thailand’s most popular hot sauces, found as a condiment on virtually every table. Commonly used as a spicy flavouring on just about anything.
Red Curry
Perhaps the most popular of the Thai curries. Make it as hot or mild as you like. For this class, I shall be making a chicken breast dish.
Panang Curry
This is a milder curry sauce than other Thai curries and can be used with beef, chicken, pork or tofu. For this class, I shall be making a beef curry dish.
Mango and Sticky Rice
The perfect cool dessert for a hot and spicy curry meal.

Remember, all students get to enjoy the food after class! So, make sure to eat a SMALL lunch!

Our classes are usually filled within a couple of days after we post our notice, so book now to avoid disappointment! You may book by contacting us directly, by responding to this email, or by phoning: 250-656-1227.

PLEASE NOTE: Reservations for this class are only available through myself, NOT the North Saanich Panorama Recreation Centre, which sponsors most of my other classes.

As always, we don't want to spam anyone, so please click on the "UNSUBSCRIBE" button below if you would like to be removed from our list.

Otherwise, if you think someone else might appreciate learning about our classes, please forward this along.

I hope to see you soon!

Sincerely,
Kallayanee
