Fresh Island Corn Featured in Tuesday Class
Hi everybody,

Well, Thanksgiving is coming up and I hope you won’t stuff yourselves so much with turkey and stuffing that you won’t be interested in what’s coming up next at Kallayanee’s Kitchen!

That’s because we are celebrating a wonderful Island Fall in quite another way. My Crab Curry and Corn Fritters Feast includes fresh island-grown corn that only comes once a year, cooked the Thai way, as delicious corn fritters.

You wouldn’t want to miss my Crab Curry with creamy coconut curry sauce, would you? And don’t forget Pineapple Fried Rice, Egg Plants and Spicy Ground Pork, all special treats included in the menu.

Thai Corn Fritters
Fresh Island corn, deep fried in a tasty batter and served with sweet vinegar sauce — crunchy and delightful!
Crab Curry
Crab served with creamy coconut curry sauce.
Pineapple Fried Rice
Served on a half pineapple, rice, prawns and cashew nuts with roasted coconut flakes.

Spicy Ground Pork with Herbs
Larb Moo, as the Thai call it, is a delightful accompaniment to chilled beer or wine on a hot night.
Egg Plants with Peppers and Snow Peas
Stir-fried with black bean sauce and spiced with chili garlic sauce. A Thai delight!

Remember, all students get to enjoy the food after class! So, make sure to eat a SMALL lunch!
