Back from Thailand for a new Spring season!

Hi everybody,

After more than three months travelling through Thailand and exploring more delicious Thai recipes and menus, we are back. It was a wonderful trip but we are so glad to be home again and excited to open another Spring Season of Kallayanee’s Kitchen!

We spent six weeks in this beautiful Buddhist temple in Northern Thailand
to refresh our minds and spirits.

We hope in the coming weeks to post some more photos and stories about our recent adventures in Thailand but at this time our new season must take top priority!

Our first class is Lesson One, Thai Classic Favourites, on this Saturday, March 10, starting at 2:30 p.m. — and we still have four places open because of recent cancellations. So, if you’d like to take your place in our most popular class, please get in touch ASAP.

This class was not originally on our Spring schedule but, while we were away, every other Thai Classic Favourites class filled up. So, we added this overflow class and another one on Saturday, March 31, at 2:30 p.m. There are also openings for this class, if you can’t make this coming Saturday.

Why is this class so popular? Mainly because it offers all the recipes that everyone loves.

Thai Coconut Soup
Everyone enjoys this smooth and comforting coconut soup with chicken.

Thai Spring Rolls
Hot and crunchy, these delectable Asian appetizers are a great opener for any meal.

Red Curry Chicken
A deeply satisfying blend of red curry paste, Thai Sweet Basil and coconut milk.

Phat Thai
A popular spicy noodle dish that you can make as hot as you like. My secret tamarind sauce makes all the difference!

Vegetable Stir Fry with Cashews and Chili
Cashews grow naturally in Thailand and are enjoyed year round in dishes like this.
