Thai Sweet and Sour Spareribs are much more tangy than the regular sweet and sour spareribs you find in Canada — and they’re also a lot spicier. Watch out for the
heat! But you can adjust the heat yourself, by adding hot chili sauce up — or down — to your comfort level.
Chicken Satay is another class favourite, barbecued on an outdoor grill to tender perfection.
