Smoke and Fire Curry Class on Saturday!

Hi everybody,

Last minute cancellations have opened up two places in tomorrow’s Curry Class One, Smoke and Fire.

This is a wonderful class for everyone who would like to deepen their understanding of Thai food beyond the usual recipes based on canned sauces, spices and condiments.

In this class, you will learn how to make Thai curry pastes and sauces the old-fashioned way, just like we did in Thailand when I was young. The ingredients are authentic and natural, spicy and hot, real flavour surprises.

If you’d like to come, please let me know ASAP. We will accept the first two people who phone.

Bangkok Noodle Soup
This noodle soup is a wonderful meal in itself that millions of Thai people eat every day.

Only the best quality beef is used in my Panang Curry.

Panang Curry

This is a milder curry sauce than other Thai curries and can be used with beef, chicken, pork or tofu.

Chilli Garlic Paste

One of Thailand’s most popular hot sauces, found as a condiment on virtually every table. Commonly used as a spicy flavouring on just about anything.

Here's how Red Curry starts out when it's made naturally.

Red Curry
Perhaps the most popular of the Thai curries. Make it as hot or mild as you like.

Yellow Curry

A creamy smooth, spicy curry that goes best with halibut, cod, other white fish, or chicken

Mango and Sticky Rice
The perfect cool dessert for a hot and spicy curry class!
