Well, here we are again, with another season of Kallayanee’s Kitchen starting next Tuesday, on September 18, at 6:30 p.m.
On that night, I will kick off the season with my most popular class, Lesson One, Thai Classic Favourites. In fact, that class is now so popular that the September 18 class is now fully booked! Another
overflow Lesson One class, scheduled for September 29, at 2:30 p.m., is also now fully booked.
However, please don’t despair! If you would like to attend Lesson One, I scheduled four overflow classes, with places in three of them now available:
Saturday, October 13: 2:30 p.m.
Saturday, October 27: 2:30 p.m.
Saturday, November 17: 2:30
p.m.
If you’d like to attend one of these classes, please contact us ASAP as places tend to go very quickly.

There are still places available for my Vegetarian Lesson One Class, Spicy Money Bags Potpourri, that I will be hosting on September 19, Wednesday night, at 6:30 p.m.
MONEY BAGS
Spicy hot tofu appetizers.
CHIANG MAI CURRIED NOODLESTofu, rice noodles, carrots, cilantro, and bean sprouts in a special curry from northern Thailand.
CLAY POT VEGETABLES AND NOODLESTofu, vermicelli noodles and vegetables are simmered in a traditional Thai brown sauce.
CORN SALADFreshly-picked local corn and tomatoes are featured in a salad with a delicious lime juice-based sauce.
SPINACH WITH TOFUSpinach seared lightly in a wok and topped with fried tofu smothered in peanut sauce.

PRICE INCREASE
I’m afraid that after more than 10 years in business, my costs finally caught up
with me and I have had to raise my prices. This year, my price for all classes will increase to $60 per person, plus GST. I shall also be offering Premium classes, available only for private classes, and the price for these classes will be $65, plus GST.
