If you’d like to enjoy a unique taste experience, please join me next Tuesday, November 6, at 6:30 p.m. for my Lesson Eight Class, “Tastes from the South of Thailand.”
Thailand’s south is a very different region from my home province of Isaan, in the
north. Thai southerners tend to use more curries and spices than we do. And beef is a much more common meat than it is in other parts of Thailand.
That’s why the top recipe for Tuesday’s class is Beef Salad with Grapes, a succulent dish made with premium, tender, Grade-A sirloin beef. This dish is a delightful combination of hot spices, cool herbs and grapes.
