Hawaiian visitors seek pals to join class Thursday, July 4

Hi everybody,

We're back!

After nearly a month-long holiday in Great Britain, Holland, Belgium and Germany we have returned to Canada. We're looking forward to a wonderful summer of cooking classes and fun! And, as it happens, this week, on Thursday, July 4, I shall be hosting a private class featuring Thai Classic Favourites for some folks from Hawaii, as a special celebration of the American Independence Day.

Our visitors would love to meet some Canadian friends, so if you have not yet tried this class you owe it to yourself to join the group.

Here's what's on the menu:

THAI COCONUT SOUP

Everyone enjoys this smooth and comforting coconut soup with chicken.

THAI SPRING ROLLS

Hot and crunchy, these delectable Asian appetizers are a great opener for any meal.

THAI RED CURRY CHICKEN

A deeply satisfying blend of red curry paste, Thai Sweet Basil and coconut milk.

PHAD THAI NOODLES

A popular spicy noodle dish that you can make as hot as you like.

VEGETABLE STIR FRY WITH CASHEWS AND CHILLI

Cashews grow naturally in Thailand and are enjoyed year round in dishes like this.
