If you’re a seafood fan, you won’t want to miss my next Tuesday’s class, Thai Seafood Festival, with lots of yummy favourites that Thai people love.
Highlighting the menu will be Tiger Prawn Curry, with fresh prawns, curry, coconut milk and pineapple — one of my all-time favourite dishes! That's a picture of the dish below.
