I'd like to invite you to join me this Saturday, October 19, at 2:30 p.m. for an exploration of Thai curry dishes, made with natural, authentic Thai spices and sauces.
On the menu will be my Thai Curry Class Two, Hot and Sour.
We will be preparing — and enjoying — classic Thai curry recipes made from the same kind of natural ingredients that my grandmother used, which means no processed foods, pastes or sauces.
You’ll learn not only how to make a variety of authentic Thai curry pastes and sauces but also the dishes that are made from them. These will include deliciously spicy Garlic Pork Ribs, made from my famous Chilli Garlic Sauce, milder Garlic Chicken, featuring crispy fried garlic, a very spicy Tom Yum Prawn Soup, made from Tom Yum Chilli paste, Chicken Massaman, made from Massaman
Curry Paste and, finally, Green Curry Chicken, made from Green Curry Paste.
Finally, after all of these hot dishes, you will enjoy cooling off with my Deep-Fried Bananas and Ice Cream — which you will also learn to make yourself!
