Hi everybody,
It’s wonderful to open again for all my faithful friends and students — and for new people as well. It is more than 18 months since we last hosted public classes because of the pandemic lockdown.
At this time, we are focused on hosting healthy public classes. My husband, Ry, and I have both had two vaccination jabs each. We will require everyone who wishes to take a class with us to also have two jabs. Beyond this very important requirement, though, we will not be asking students to wear masks or observe social distancing. However, we have decided to limit our class sizes to a maximum of 10 people.
We hosted several private classes in July, August and early September so we were able to re-connect with some of you and prepare once more some of our most popular classes. It was great fun and helped me get back into the rhythm of teaching and cooking once again. My thanks to all of you who joined me.
