Thai Samui Island Festival is BACK next Tuesday!
|
A few years back, we enjoyed joining a gang of tourists
for a snorkeling adventure on Samui Island.
Next Tuesday, October 5, we’re going to host our Samui Island Festival class, created in honour of this enchanting island in the Gulf of Thailand.
But first, we must apologize for a “slight misunderstanding” we might have caused recently. The long story short is that we published a newsletter on Thursday, September 23, with a headline that promised we would host our Samui Island class on Tuesday, September 28.
In fact, according to our own online class schedule, the class scheduled for that Tuesday was supposed to be my “Seafood and Curry Medley.” We made a mistake. Our apologies. I think we are still adjusting from coming out of Corona lockdown.
Delicious, spicy vermicelli noodles with chicken breast, cooked shrimp and fresh herbs. That's Yam Moon Sen, from the Seafood and Curry Medley class.
I'm sorry you missed it!
In any case, we had to cancel the Tuesday class when only one person decided to book a place!
That left a puzzle for next Tuesday, October 5. Should we host the “Seafood and Curry Medley,” that we failed to promote properly for last Tuesday’s class? Or should we give the “Samui Island Festival” a second chance?
Samui was our final choice, the right choice anyway because it is the class on our published Fall schedule for October 5. So, below you will now find all the CORRECT delicious dishes that are featured in this wonderful class.
I hope you join us for a Trip to Samui Tuesday!

Coconut Beef
Tender chunks of sirloin beef slow cooked in coconut milk and Thai curry.
Sweet & Sour Whitefish
