A couple of weeks ago, on Saturday, September 4, we hosted a special private class for a couple of American students — now friends — who have been regulars for several years. They requested our Lesson Two class, Spicy Ribs & Satay, and we were very happy to oblige.
The class filled up quickly after we notified you all about it on a previous newsletter. Since some of you were not able to book a place in that class after it filled up, you now have another chance to experience the same class menu.
This is one of our more popular classes, with the Spicy Ribs being the star performer. My husband, Ry, tells me this is his all-time favourite Thai dish and hands-down the best ribs he’s ever eaten.
Mind you, he IS my husband so I suppose he might be somewhat biased, or have something to gain…Anyway, here’s what’s on the menu for Tuesday, September 21, starting at 6:30 p.m.
